Our Services

Our clients value the ability to control expenses and manage their circumstances. The flat fees listed on this page can help you and your family obtain the estate planning services you need.

A Step by Step Approach

Procrastination can sometimes keep a person from taking the first steps toward solving or preventing problems. Our planning is set up so that you can begin with the basics today, and then continue with other steps as you become comfortable with the steps you have taken. Each step is credited toward the cost of the additional
services you decide to take.

First Step: An Educational Meeting

During our initial Educational Meeting of up to 3 hours, we discuss:

  • how you want to manage and control assets if you become incapacitated during your lifetime;
  • who will handle health care decisions if you are unable to;
  • whether you want to transfer assets during your lifetime;
  • what brings you peace of mind, including whether you want to avoid probate, protect assets from creditors, or provide for a disabled child or grandchild;
  • how you want to be remembered upon death;
  • who will receive assets upon your death, and whether you want to provide special directions for distributing those assets.

We will clarify the strategies that are available to you, and explain the next steps that protect you during your lifetime, and protect your family's future. Cost: $400.
